Promotions 1-77 on barge in NNSB&DD: This is a picture taken in Jan. 77 on the barge we used as the boat was in Norfolk Ship Building and Dry Dock for a refueling overhaul. I had reported aboard the previous summer. Here I had just made 2nd. From right to left are MMI(SS) Fuller, MM2(SS) Mitchell (myself) and EM1(SS) Thomas.
